A bedroom affects more than sleep. Its location in the home, its shape and layout, the placement of the bed, and what surrounds it are either supporting your rest, health and relationships or working against them.
In this consultation, I use the foundational principles of classical feng shui to help you create a bedroom that is most supportive of your energy. This includes the closet and ensuite bathroom, along with the surrounding areas that may be affecting your bedroom. I identify what needs attention and offer many practical solutions to help improve your sleep, health and relationships.

You receive one week of email support from me as you begin making the recommended changes. You also receive the recording of our session, so you can return to the guidance as you make changes.
After the consultation
The consultation takes place online and lasts 1.5 hours. By the time we meet, I have already reviewed everything you submitted and identified the main patterns affecting the room.
We begin with you showing me the bedroom, as if I were there with you. We may spend more time in some areas than others, depending on what I have identified in advance and what we see together. We then sit down to go through my findings and discuss many practical changes based on your priorities, what is realistically possible, and what will make the biggest difference for you.
The consultation
- A few photographs of the bedroom from several angles, including its entrance and the view from the bed. The position of room windows and all doors (bedroom entrance, closet, bathroom) must be clearly visible.
- A simple floor plan of your home showing the bedroom’s location within the home and the rooms immediately around it. If there are rooms or other spaces directly above or below the bedroom, please include that information as well.
- A few photographs of closet and ensuite bathroom, if applicable.
- A brief description of what you would like the bedroom to support better.
