CLEAR CHOICES FOR A HOME
OF EASE & BELONGING
strategic house design advisory
When you are making major decisions about a house, from renovation to house placement on land, or when an existing home is working against you, having strategic clarity before you commit protects both your investment and your peace of mind.
The right guidance can prevent expensive reversals, compromised layouts, and those choices that are as difficult to undo as they are difficult to live with.
And when your home takes more than it gives, the same precision leads to right choices that restore ease at home.
More about me
I read a home the way a physician reads a body. I examine its structure, floor plan, surroundings, positioning on the land, and the relationship between all parts to understand what is working against people living there.
I have worked full time with private clients around the world for twenty-two years. Classical feng shui is the foundation of my practice, supported by several other methods that help me understand each home as it is.

Client notes

“There is more light in this room than there was before, I had not repainted. Rodika worked from room to room, creating light.”
— n. lohia
“Thank you for all your magic, I am feeling wonderful in this home where until little while ago I felt I couldn't live here anymore. ”
— S. Yee
“I've been having really good sleep in my bedroom, my heart feels so much happier, I'm happy at work and it all feels really good.”
— K. Plaschinski
“Our beautiful home was on the market for one year. After Rodika's feng shui consultation we changed the flow of energy, and quickly (in less than a month!) sold our home.”
